We occasionally find ourselves speaking in French because we have trouble finding words beautiful enough to describe this cake. Our creamy cheesecake is blended with caramel and pecans throughout for a surprising mixture of salty and sweet. Layers of caramel and candied pecans adorn the top of the dessert to provide another delightful combination: smooth and crunchy. Magnifique!
